THIS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY, mercury is in retrograde and people are already after being foolish. For the past few days, and the next five days, that is the case for the planet these days. If you’ve noticed pets acting weird, or, planes suddenly being nonairline-ish, life just going awry, or people acting a damn fool — make no mistake.
This is in no way professional medical advice, and, is merely health and wellness advice from people who have experienced similar issues during “Mercury Retrograde”.
This is what happens. Every year astronomy lovers point out that at around this time the world is believed to be spinning in reverse. For centuries, it has been believed that this period of time is one of the only that this event reportedly happens.
- Mental struggles, potential delays
Try and find some soothing things to do. Some of us have taken up gym memberships; actively smoking marijuana, and even yoga. One of our members actually took up video games, whereas, his stress levels and mental struggles have seriously decreased.
2. Exercise might be good at this time.

3. Focus on YOU
Self-care is as important as ever. Take time to read; to stretch and relax, and just unwind.
4. Take a moment to focus on communication
Even outside of retrograde you should always focus on better communication. During you should also do so. Retrograde tends to make communication a little harder, and, often can make it harder to talk to others. Just remember that your crazy friend who suddenly seems like a hot-bed for an attitude may not be that way come post-retrograde.
