Samsung unveils new phone, with a seriously sky high price tag

And ironically it is particularly similar to a particular kind of mobile phone from the 2000s’. In South Africa, Samsung unveiled its “foldable phone” which is weirdly actually just a fancy flip phone from this era.

No joke. The phone looks no different than a flip phone from more than a decade ago, the only difference, being the fact that there are way more features and what not this time around. The price? Per Samsungs’ event, uh, more than $2,000.

Almost double the price of an iPhone.  The smartphone features folding features; six cameras,  will fold into an almost tablet, and obviously function as a mini computer.  If that sounded like a Dell computer ad, you’re not alone.
