COHEN’S DAY IN COURT: Shocking new details emerge against Trump

LIVE UPDATES:   As we write this, President Trumps’ former fixer Michael Cohen — is out on Capitol Hill testifying before multiple committees on what he knows about Donald Trump. The testimony as of this writing has been pretty damning, and, produced multiple checks that indicate Donald J. Trump committed crimes while President.

Cohen claimed in his opening testimony that the following is 1 of 11 checks that Donald Trump wrote to Cohen in return for providing the hush-money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.  The check is very clearly from. Donald Trump and appears to have come from a Capital One bank account.   It is dated 1 August 2017 — the same time that Donald Trump had denied having done such.

Secondly, the second check appears to have come from a revocable trust account also under Donald J. Trump ‘s name.   Cohen reportedly provided the following check subsequent to the last to congressional lawmakers, who were quite stunned to discover that Michael Cohen appears to have been telling the truth.    The previous claim by Donald Trump that he had Cohen on a “$35,000 a month retainer” is and by all means, appears to be a flat-out lie.

While the other checks haven’t quite surfaced yet, these two checks, paint a very grim picture for a President who now may find his reign of terror in shambles.

‘He never expected to win the primary. He never expected to win the general election. The campaign – for him – was always a marketing opportunity,’ according to the disgraced former attorney.

‘I am ashamed that I chose to take part in concealing Mr. Trump’s illicit acts rather than listening to my own conscience. I am ashamed because I know what Mr. Trump is. He is a racist. He is a conman. He is a cheat. He was a presidential candidate who knew that Roger Stone was talking with Julian Assange about a WikiLeaks drop of Democratic National Committee emails,’ Cohen says.

‘I am ashamed of my weakness and misplaced loyalty – of the things I did for Mr. Trump in an effort to protect and promote him. I am ashamed that I chose to take part in concealing Mr. Trump’s illicit acts rather than listening to my own conscience,’ Cohen will say.

‘He was a presidential candidate who knew that Roger Stone was talking with Julian Assange about a WikiLeaks drop of Democratic National Committee emails,’ Cohen said.

In fact, lawmakers like Sen Diane Feinstein reportedly told reporters that Cohen seemed “authentic” and appeared to be “credible”.

But it gets more interesting. As it has been previously reported, Trump ‘s real estate deal with Moscow, was a very real thing.  Cohen actually took to the stand to testify that Trump knew of the deal; directed it, and even sought to make hundreds-of-millions of dollars from the deal.

To be clear: Mr. Trump knew of and directed the Trump Moscow negotiations throughout the campaign and lied about it. He lied about it because he never expected to win the election. He also lied about it because he stood to make hundreds of millions of dollars on the Moscow real estate project,’ said Cohen.
