Video surfaces of rapper Drake kissing (and fondling) underage girl

Apparently confirming that Drake has a penchant for the young ones. A video (that appeared on Twitter) has surfaced all over blogs, and, has a weird vibe to it. Although a confirmation came from the underage girl that she was 16, Drake, appears to be a little too interested.
