An award that is literally named after her. The television/screen legend, 85, appeared at the Golden Globes last night whereas she was honored with a top honour herself. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association with its award-giverer Steve Carrell, uh, announced that Burnett would win the honor.
That honour, uh, is in fact the Carol Burnett Award for Excellence in Television. It is the first time it was handed out, and, we can’t wait for Burnett to share her stories.
