LOS ANGELES —  Bad news for one Tonya Couch, er, perhaps because she’s now going to face those charges of helping her fugitive son escape probation violation charges. According to the United States Marshall Service, Couch, was deported from Guadalajara Mexico to Los Angeles via private plane early this morning.

Ethan, however, may remain in Mexico for months as legal wrangling continues over whether or not he can be taken back to the United States.   Couch, famously killed four people in a previous drunk driving incident — and feels that he did no wrong [at least based on his actions].

Mexican officials confirmed to Bazaar Daily News that Ethan has been transported to Mexico City, whereas, he will remain for the time being.
