In a bizarre twist of events, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, apparently has a set of calendars from his school years in question related to the reported sexual assault. According to Kavanaugh, he, “kept” calendars from day-to-day activities throughout much of that year, something that has resulted in hotly-talked about criticism online.
The calendars show a number of events; appointments, trips with his parents, and a few parties. But in terms of those parties, uh, Kavanaugh failed to mention of singular details about them or who may have been at the parties in question. The calendars, perhaps, are scheduled to be used in his anticipated testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee this week.
The New York Times has detailed pieces of information regarding the calendars, although, nobody’s really quite sure how well they’d stand up against the Judiciary Committee.
That testimony is reportedly set to take place on Friday, whereas, Dr. Ford will also (and is scheduled under agreement) to provide her own testimony on Thursday. After days of failed negotiations, leader Senator Grassley, announced that an extension had been granted.
