If reports in the U.S are to be believed, pop singer Beyonce is headed back to the big screen — and in an even bigger role. According to Page Six, Beyonce is “reportedly” keen to take part in Bradley Cooper’s now imminent project — a remake of the Hollywood classic “A Star Is Born”.
The newspaper claims that Beyonce has been taking “acting classes in Los Angeles and New York City” for the past year “quietly, because she wants to take it seriously and land major roles in movies”.
The film was first discussed in 2012, but, due to “scheduling conflicts” Beyonce pulled out at the time.
Reps for Queen B declined to comment.
