INDONESIA — In what may be Indonesia’s most successful day yet in the quest to solve the mystery of the Air Asia disaster, officials confirmed that more than 30 bodies were pulled from the Java Sea on Friday. The discovery marks the biggest success to date that search and rescue teams have had, considering they’ve battled monsoons and terrible weather since the disaster struck.

At this time, however, it remains unclear what exactly caused the Air Asia Airbus to plunge into the sea. This particular incident, is the first for Air Asia, since it began operations in 2001.
