And this time, ehum, we’ve confirmed some details about the paramedic apparently assaulted by the troubled television star. According to what we’ve learned, Kevin Flavahan (the paramedic) has lawyered up pending a lawsuit against Locklear. Documents obtained by The Daily News show that Flavahan is citing “serious bodily injury” and “irreversible harm” to his persons while on the job at the hands of Locklear herself.
As we previously reported, Locklear, remains locked up in a mental hospital in Los Angeles. For the sake of her family, we’ve opted not to name the hospital.
