LONDON — Bad news in London today as Boris Johnson is out as Foreign Secretary, as, politicians across the spectrum stage a full-scale attack on Prime Minister Theresa May. In his resignation letter, Johnson cited that the “U.K has given up and is flying white flags of surrender”.
His resignation marks the second cabinet resignation in less than 24 hours. So what’s the issue? According to the Guardian, pro-Brexit engineers feel that May is “attempting to keep cozy ties with the European Union even after the U.K leaves the bloc”.
Also in the same letter, Johnson, accused May and her government of “allowing and aiding the U.K to become on a path to colonization” something that has never been seen in the history of the United Kingdom.
