Whilst his media blitz is indeed well underway, Comey, doesn’t appear fazed by the attacks on behalf of Trump. Over the weekend, Trump, continued his blitz on Twitter in defense of himself and his administration . amid the own claims made by Comey. Comey, went on to claim in his blitz and his book that “Trump was virtually obsessed with all things power” among other things.
The President obviously denies such. Among the interesting nuggets from the book, perhaps, was that Trump ordered the administration to find any reason to debunk that infamous dossier by Christopher Steele. A dossier, that, would mark the beginning of the end for Trump ‘s marriage to Melania.
On Sunday morning, Trump, took to Twitter in an early morning tirade.
“Slimeball!” for “making decisions based on the fact that he thought (Hillary Clinton) was going to win, and he wanted a job.” He then said the “badly reviewed book” fails to address issues like how come Comey “gave up Classified Information (jail), why did he lie to Congress (jail),” goes on to hit him for throwing “AG Lynch ‘under the bus!
Meanwhile, Comey is set to continue his media blitz into the week.
