Teen uses parents’ credit card to rent home, how it ended, was a nightmare

Especially for Canadian police who  spent their beginning of the week investigating an apparent massive party that resulted in $20,000 in damages for one unlucky married couple.    Police say that an unidentified 14-year-old girl in West Vancouver, ehum, learned the hard way about using her parents credit card with their permission.

According to police captain Jeff Palmer, his unit,  got more than a dozen calls about a major disturbance in the area during the 9 March party.  When they showed up? They discovered that a 14-year-old girl had rented out a massive luxury home, ehum,  to the surprise of everybody.   During the party,  the kids apparently broke windows; shattered art pieces,   ruined floors, and just about every other kind of damage possible.

Police say the young girl and her friends racked up $20,000 in damages. While the parents have agreed  to pay the damages,   the couple, has opted not to press charges.   Palmer, however, says this should be a warning to parents who don’t monitor their teenagers  financial activity online.
