A federal judge has blocked Donald Trump ‘s attempted thwarts of the DACA program. According to the Associated Press, Trump ‘s attempt to end DACA came to a quick halt last night after federal judge William Alsup reportedly declared that the program must continue until all of the lawsuits have been heard in court.
The lawsuits, which were originally filed by states like California and New York will all be heard after it was declared that lawyers presented “dutiful reasoning as to why DACA recipients would face “grave harm” if deported back to their home countries”.
Trump apparently was the one who triggered much of the renewed talks of immigration reform. (Link) claims that Trump “wants to help” those in need and in need of immigration protections using a so-called “bill of love”.
