Where there’s a will,  ehum, there’s a crackpot conservative somewhere just waiting to rebirth the fake claims that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is fake (when in fact, Hawaii has already produced the real version).     The candidate for U.S Senate out of Arizona (that’s the truly shocking part here)  claimed per the Washington Post that “it’s definitely a fake document” in an interview with Jeanine Pirro.

Pirro, surprisingly, was front-and-center when she acknowledged during the interview that Arpaio was indeed wrong.  That, ehum,  to the shock of many crackpot conservatives — that his real birth certificate had already been released and the issue is long over.

So, how’d Obama get brought into this?  You can probably guess Arpaio is attempting to use that now-infamous (and rather scary)  fake missile message in Hawaii as means to bolster his candidacy for the Senate.
