STATEN ISLAND — A New York man is wanted for theft and credit card fraud this week after apparently swiping a woman’s credit card from a date. According to police, the man Anthony Ruiz apparently swiped the woman’s credit card around 2 am over the weekend. The woman reported to police that she paid for her dinner at the date, and then, soon after noticed her credit card went missing.
