The Supreme Court has dealt their decision in the case against those who may be deported if DACA comes to a complete and formal end forever. According to the ruling, delivered this week, the judge’s ruling that documents from the government in their decision making process do not actually have to be disclosed (at least for now).
The 5-4 vote comes as DACA defenders and their lawyers had hoped to force the government to reveal their papers; emails, and documents used to make their decision in ending the controversial program.
