The Daily News has previously published the original security footage that is believed to picture the serial killer who is killing young people in the area. Now, The Daily News, has obtained a brief video showing an entire new angle — of what is believed to be a man nonchalantly walking away from three grisly murder scenes without a care in the world.
The footage is from a whole new angle, and, sort of better shows that this is actually a man responsible for the killings. This was captured from a neighborhood security camera in the Seminole area of Tampa Florida.
