Did we underestimate North Korea’s nuclear test?

Following the aftermath of North Korea’s massive nuclear test, experts,  declared that it was six times worse than that of the Hiroshima disaster.   Experts and even some in the U.S intelligence agency say that the 6.1 magnitude earthquake must have been caused by around 250 kilotons of energy being released during the detonation.

Interestingly,  South Korea has been unable to track the nuclear testing site themselves although the information comes from the American military in the area.  Initially, the US said it was around 140 kiltons, while the South  originally said it was just 50.
