Let this be a lesson to rich men with way to much time on their hands: protect the goods. According to lawsuit documents obtained by The Daily News, Usher’s herpes problem just got a whole lot more expensive. According to a presser announced this morning, Usher’s alleged “victim”, has now apparently decided to sue for upwards of $20m rather than $10m.
According to what we’ve learned, Usher, actually contracted the disease in 2009 (around the same time his marriage to our friend Tameka Foster was actually ending). At the time, Usher, was apparently firs hooking up with women who were unaware THAT Usher had actually contracted herpes. Meanwhile, affairs would reportedly continue over the next several years while Usher would tour and travel around the world.
Now, his sexual escapades are catching up with him. In the latest escapade, the woman, identified as “Jane Doe” claims that Usher willing infected her with herpes (now, this usually can happen whether they knew they had it or not. Herpes doesn’t always show up visibly).
Meanwhile, crazed lawyer Lisa Bloom is on the case.
