Following ISIS’s reign of terror in Manchester a very interesting note has surfaced online. According to RAF officials, (Royal Air Force officials) a popular photo that has been circulating on the internet featuring an ISIS note about Manchester on a bomb.
The picture sparked much discussion and accusations from inside the RAF. that officials withheld news of the purported bomb carrying the note for at least 3 whole days. The photo can be seen below.
