Looks like Beyonce and Jay-Z are taking their move to Los Angeles seriously. According to our sources, Beyonce and Jay-Z have reportedly placed an off-market bid for 454 Cuesta ( just a mere 6 blocks from SHK ‘s Beverly Hills mansion). We’ve seen the likes of 454 Cuesta before and after it was fully gutted and renovated, something, that was reportedly ordered by Beyonce.
The home features bullet-proof windows; more than 6 bedrooms; four pools, staff quarters, and several other amenities fit for the likes of Beyonce & Jay-Z. The two have been desperate for their move to LA for “more privacy” as Bey prepares to give birth to twins later this year.
Bey is hoping to snap up the 30,000 sq foot property that sits across six structures spanning massive views of Los Angeles whereas it is inside of a gated community. Our sources say that this was a primary goal for Beyonce and Jay-Z to allow Blue Ivy “a chance to play”. Meanwhile, we’re told the deal is just “about to close and will likely go to Beyonce”.
