You really really can’t be serious, this actually happened


A Massachusetts man is in the headlines this weekend after he apparently sued two Dunkin Doughnut chains in the area after they “put fake butter instead of real butter on my bagel”.

Yes, you read that right Jan Palovik filed suits against two franchises after they apparently put the wrong kind of butter on his bagel (they apparently used margarine…).  

Again, we’re totally not joking with you right now.  

According to suit documents provided to Daily News: After Hours, Polavik claimed that the chains falsely advertised “real butter” and that they (“need to serve what they advertise rather than sell something else”.)

Polavik’s lawyer Thomas Shapiro declined to comment.
