PENNSYLVANIA — A Pennsylvania high school student is in the news this week after he reportedly sued his school district over their transgender inclusive policies in school.  In the federal court documents, ‘Joel Doe” claims that last October a female-to-male student was seen in the boys locker room while he was changing, a moment, that “Doel” describes as an invasion of privacy.

In case it couldn’t get anymore interesting, Joel went on to claim in his documents that allowing transgender students the right to change and use the locker room of their choice equates to sexual harassment of other actual male students who attend the school.

The Superintendent of the school declined to comment on the story when several outlets contacted the district.
