Ironically, by his  own choice. According to legal documents obtained by The Daily News,  Ian Brady, 79, has once more argued for his right to die.

Brady, along with accomplice Myra Hindley murdered six children many years ago between the ages of 10 to 16.  Hindley, died in prison in 2003 and now he’d like to do the same.  The issue? According to the hospital he’s locked up in,  he requires round the clock medical care.
