Obama ends controversial Cuban immigration policy

Simply known as “The Wet Foot Policy” President Barack Obama has reportedly announced that in America, Cubans, will be so easily to immigrate no more.  “The Wet Foot Policy” was enacted in the 1990’s by then US President Bill Clinton as means of a more liberal immigration policy.

Over the next two decades,  the policy would allow thousands of Cubans fleeing Cuban soil for America the right to stay indefinitely even without VISA papers. Now? Not so much. While political asylum remains an option for everybody,  easy immigration from Cuba is harder than ever before.
