LONDON — Millionaire pop-star Rita Ora is about to lose a chunk of her fortune, and, its pretty hefty. According to police, Ora, was caught up in some shoddy business schemes relating to activities of her accountant — someone that she trusted.
According to police, Ora (who has investments in the company) will reportedly lose up to $2.5m in the investigation surrounding more than 2 dozen companies that were reportedly swindled out of monies at the hands of her accountant.
Rita Ora has multiple business interests globally.
‘One of the Companies in which she has an interest is a potential victim of fraud along with several other companies and individuals.
‘The potential loss suffered by all the victims collectively is thought to be significant but only a proportion of that total figure will apply to the entity in which Ms Ora is one of several shareholders.
