A new Human Rights Report out on North Korea is raising eyebrows.  According to a Human Rights Group in North Korea,  Kim Jong Un,  has apparently decided to instead cease forced labor camps — expand them.

The report strongly suggests that this may be one of the reasons North Korea received so many sanctions from the United States, although, such was reportedly denied by Northern Korea’s state run news agency.
