Solange Knowles’ A Seat at The Table debuts at No. 1

She may be Beyonce’s sister, but Solange Knowles proved time and time again why she’s a star in her own right. Her album A  Seat At The Table debuted just over the weekend and smashed iTunes expectations. The album, per Apple, is currently at No. 1 in multiple countries.

Many critics have already pounced in the album citing and hailing it as “Art” and it drew comparisons government Beyonce’s Lemonade.
