BATON ROUGE — Thousands have taken to the streets of America for a fifth night in a row, as, protests over police violence in the United States continue to grow. According to The Daily Mail, starting in Dallas, police surrounded their headquarters amid presumed threats over their safety and a threat to kill Dallas police officers.
Not far away in Baton Rouge, thousands took to the streets to protest police violence in the state — one of the most prominent locations of police violence this time around. Alton Sterling, was famously gunned down and then later shot in the chest 6 times by officers in Baton Rouge, after, having sold CD’s in front of a convenience store.
