Donald Trump is a man of many words, some of those words, perhaps not the smartest of words to say during a presidential election. Recently, it was revealed that Trump University is under heavy scrutiny and numerous lawsuits. In that case, the judge presiding over the lawsuits happens to be Mexican.
Trump, assailed the very same judge last week after claiming Gonazalo Curiel was “unfit” to preside over Trump’s Trump University case because of the fact he is of Mexican/Latino heritage. The comments have since resulted in mass backlash and demands for an apology, however, Trump later claimed that his “comments were deeply misconstrued”.
Several major GOP leaders have since pulled their endorsement of Trump.
