The identity of the man responsible for the worst shooting in American history is largely known, but, the reasoning behind his actions are still being largely discovered. Over the weekend, U.S Attorney General Loretta Lynch reportedly appeared on numerous Sunday talk-shows revealing somewhat of what federal authorities currently know about Omar Marteen’s life.
Speaking on Face the Nation, Lynch, had this to say in response to questions over Marteen ‘s previous life leading up to the attacks on the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando.
“As you can see from this investigation, we are going back and learning everything we can about this killer, about his contacts, people who may have known him or seen him,” Lynch says. “And we’re trying to build that profile so that we can move forward.”
