Donald Trump accused of rape in federal lawsuit: Report

TRUMP19A 1994 federal lawsuit has surfaced against  Donald Trump. Gothamist, was the first to pick up news of the lawsuit that revealed in 1994 a woman accused Trump of rape.  The lawsuit then goes on to claim that Trump  “had raped the young woman and then threatened her and her  family if she had talked about it”.

The lawsuit gets interesting considering one particular controversial figure is named. Jeffrey Epstein, one of New York’s billionaire investors is reportedly among those that was “at one of the many parties in which I met Trump at in the Upper East Side”.

The woman, identified only as “Jane Doe” goes on to claim in the lawsuit that she (then a 13 year old) was lured among other girls to the “parties” whereas she was later allegedly tied to bed and then raped after Trump exposed himself.

“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed,” the plaintiff alleged.

Another woman, Tiffany Doe, reportedly signaled support of the allegations per additional reports. Tiffany, met “Jeffrey Epstein at Port Authority”  whereas she was later “a recruit to find young women to attend these parties”.

Trump’s camp declined to comment on the lawsuit.
