According to the CDC, not many Americans are fond of flipping a piece of dental floss before work every morning. Per a report released by the CDC, a third of all Americans have “never actually flossed” or “rarely ever do themselves”. The CDC notes that in their findings 32.3% of all Americans “don’t floss at all” an alarmingly high number, considering, flossing is important if you like your smile and want to remove tartar buildup among other things.
The report (see here) claims that low income patients; black and latino people, and men are the most unlikely to actually floss.
