Hillary Clinton stopped by Black Girls Rock

And the interwebs had allot to say about it.  The Democratic Presidential Candidate made a surprise appearance at the ceremony in New Jersey Friday.

The appearance,  er,  has sparked interesting commentary on Facebook.   During the appearance,  Clinton,  had allot to say about black women. 

The Democratic presidential candidate said black women are “change makers and pathmakers and ground shakers.” She said her life has been changed by strong black women leaders, including Marian Wright Edelman, the president and founder of the Children’s Defense Fund, the late poet and author Maya Angelou and the late civil rights activist Dorothy Height.

Clinton introduced a video honoring Beverly Bond, the founder of Black Girls during her stint at the ceremony.
