FLINT — While its no major win against the Republican governor Rick Snyder, attorneys have announced that three people closely connected to the water crisis are to be charged with misdemeanor and felony charges over the crisis.

This is where it gets interesting.  It was announced late Monday that two Flint officials and a water plant employee are facing criminal charges.  The news comes after a Republican attorney (who is ironically defending Rick Snyder from criminal charges) announced that action is being taken.

According to the Associated Press the charges include violating Michigan’s drinking water law, official misconduct, destruction of utility property, and evidence tampering per officials that spoke to the AP.
