BRUSSELS, BELGIUM – Europe has faced its second deadly terrorist attack in under a years time. Tuesday, terrorists Ibrahim el-Bakraoui, 30, and Khalid el-Bakraoui, 27 unleashed suicide bombs that reportedly killed 31 and injured hundreds more.
Police say both gentlemen reportedly have criminal records, although, a third person of interest is being sought in the attacks.
