Food Service Investigation Opened Into Lauderhill ‘s Inverrary Vacation Resort: Reports

LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA — Daily News Online has confirmed that a food service violation on behalf of the not-so-strongly reviewed Inverrary Vacation Resort has reportedly been opened. According to the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants  a case  was reportedly opened 26 2 2016 after a recent hotel guest reported “an infestation of cock roaches, and rats in the kitchen”.

Officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity confirmed that the report notes that the hotel “Knowingly served food to customers even while wait staff had discovered rats in the kitchen. Furthermore,  there were reports of numerous rooms with cockroach problems”.  Daily News Online has not yet attempted to contact the hotel, as, we are awaiting more information from Florida officials.

Per guests who spoke to several undercover Daily News reporters, there, were a reported two different guests who reportedly fell ill after consuming food from the onsite restaurant. Prior to publishing this story, Daily News Online did indeed receive a number of photos and a 16 second video of reported  shower problems that caused one of the  bathrooms to be come “like a waterway”.

For those seeking to verify the case with Florida officials who handle code violations, Daily News has confirmed that the case number is as follows:  700393458193541 is the case number provided to Daily News Online on behalf of the Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Furthermore, a number of guests reported to having to “pay an extra fee for the bracelets for all inclusive” regardless of the fact that the hotel claims otherwise on its website and in many of its advertisements.
