El Chapo, perhaps, the world’s most famous drug lord — surprisingly has a young beautiful wife. But, largely, the world has never heard from said young wife until now. In brand new interviews, El Chapo’s wife Emma Coronel (yes, that beauty queen) fears that her dangerous husband may not survive prison due to the torture he may endure.
Coronel, claims that Chapo “may not survive prison” because of the torture and the “hurt” he will endure now that Mexico is keeping a much closer eye on its notorious drug lord.
“They want to make him pay for his escape. They say that they are not punishing him. Of course they are. They are there with him, watching him in his cell,” Coronel says, per the Los Angeles Times. “They don’t let him sleep. He has no privacy, not even to go to the restroom.”
