The countdown is on.  In a matter of hours, Daily News’ only reigning Editor & Chief SHK turns 21 years old.  Subsequently,  Daily News will turn 12 years old as a news agency, turning a new milestone as the world’s largest Muslim news agency.

Daily News was first born on  4 August 2004 by then French child blogger Taylor Wallis, who, later aided SHK himself into creating what has now become of the Daily News name.  Together, SHK and Wallis quietly worked together to build what is largely now the Daily News Empire, which, consists of news outlets and digital magazines in nearly every continent on the planet (sans Africa).

Together, SHK & Wallis, worked quietly behind the back’s of their parents to build the gargantuan news agency that is now seen around the world.

In early January, SHK picked up 4 nominations at the  2016 UKBA’s, his first time ever collecting nominations of such a kind. In all, SHK in his 12 years as the leader of this newspaper,  has picked up more than 72 awards. SHK’s anticipated biography Two Truths & SHK: A True Story  Pt. 2 is due out  this Spring and will be available exclusively At Barnes & Noble.

While SHK remains in recovery from his crash,  we his staffers, would like to take a minute to wish him a Happy Birthday AND  a wonderful 12 years serving Britain and beyond.
