WASHINGTON —   America’s East Coast has more snow than anyone probably imagined this winter season, and, it looks like its only going to get stronger. According to reports,  residents from Georgia to New Jersey have been warned that they must stay inside as winter storm Jonas continues to wreak its wrath.  Forecasters say the storm is “far” from over, and, at least two more feet of snow could be dumped on some areas.

DOT officials in Virginia, er, had more than 989 car crashes since the storm first began, and, as of this writing, have assisted more than 800  emergency vehicles in the storm.

In places like North Carolina, some 200k people have been without power.

In Washington D.C, the federal government remains closed until likely tomorrow — if not even longer.
