Crazy Alabama judge tries (again) to block same-sex marriage

MOBILE, ALABAMA —  Alabama’s top judge Roy Moore is at it again. In his latest attempts to block same-sex marriage in the state, Moore, announced that circuit judges and the like are “advised and allowed” to circumvent providing same-sex couples marriage licenses entirely across the board (even though its the law in said country).

Moore claims that circuit judges and the like were “legally confused” as to whose ruling they were suppose to follow after America’s landmark ruling last year legalizing same-sex marriage all together.   Judges in Elmore; Mobile, and Madison have all complied with Moore’s ass backwards ruling — which is in direct defiance of a Supreme Court ruling and could cost Alabama millions.
