Looks like U.S President Donald Trump is well on his way to pardoning his third person since taking power in the United States. According to the Washington Post, Trump, is preparing to reportedly pardon Scooter Libby (the ex Chief of Staff to Dick Cheney).
Libby, was convicted in the mid 2000’s after leaking important documents and information about a deeply embedded CIA agent later identified as Valerie Plume. Conservative pundits have long claimed that Libby was targeted by a rogue judge in the case, but, he in fact did leak the classified documents.
This would be the third pardon in Trump ‘s presidency.
