D.C man disappeared last year, his remains have now been found

Which now makes the disappearance of 22-year-old  Marty McMillian Jr a grisly homicide.   D.C authorities and the local medical examiner confirmed to The Daily News today that the skeletal remains found in October in the city, are, indeed those of McMillian.   Authorities say that  because the remains were literal bones, it, took a little longer than usual to identify the remains.

McMillian disappeared last year after  attempting to meet up with a young woman from Plenty of Fish.   That date, ehum, apparently went horribly wrong after McMillian was shot multiple times after meeting her (a feat, she now denies as she is now facing murder charges). McMillian’s  phone records show that his last recorded call was indeed to the woman he was supposed to meet.

Police also confirmed that both of his bank cards, and, a credit card were indeed used after he disappeared.  McMillian’s skeletal remains were found near Maryland’s Suitland Parkway.   There is currently a $25,000 reward leading to further information regarding his murder, including, any information about the woman that he went on a date with that night.
