Protests rock Iran, government warns “you will be dealt with”

Protesters clash with anti-Riot Iranian police on New Years Eve 2017.

TEHRAN, IRAN —   Protests are once again rumbling Iran, and, Tehran isn’t having it. According to the almost official news agency Mehr,  government officials have killed at least two people since last night — with more expected.

Officials reportedly sent out  a warning that literally was just short of a reported death threat. “Protesters will not be tolerated, and, effectively dealt with”.  The Daily News has learned that some 80 protesters have been arrested in the city of Arak,  some 130 miles out of Tehran.

The protests reportedly started in the western Lorestan province, a place, where security forces have practically ignored the growing protests in exchange for government threats and violence.
