Keaton Jones family ‘s scam has unraveled

And if it wasn’t for those meddling in Black Twitter, they would’ve gotten away with it.  Over the course of the past 24 hours, you’ve probably heard of the name Keaton Jones.  Jones,  is a teenager in Tennessee who had claimed in  now-deleted Facebook video posted to his mother’s page, that, he was the victim of intense bullying at school.

The problem? None of that appears to quite have happened the way  Keaton claimed in the video *presumably* filmed by his mother.  In the video, he mentions that he was “so scared to go to lunch”  and that “he was often bullied to the point that he would cry”.  Meanwhile,  questions are now rounding up about the depth of the claims, considering,  Keaton ‘s mother’s controversial Facebook past has come to light.

In photos that have surfaced of the family, including Keaton, they appear to be holding confederate flags and racially charged insignia that would suggest their story of bullying may be the entire opposite.  GoFundMe confirmed that the charity page set-up for Keaton, which had raised some $57,000 has now been temporarily suspended — as most believe this was quite the elaborate internet hoax.

Attempts  to reach the family of Keaton Jones have been unsuccessful.
