The annual U.N General Assembly went well underway Monday, and, it brought out many surprises during Donald Trump ‘s UN debut. On Monday, Trump, took to the U.N assembly to discuss how he felt that “the assembly wasn’t doing what it could do to better our world”. And that “business as usual” shouldn’t be the motto among those that control our daily lives.
Interestingly (which caused quite a few interesting reactions) Trump compared the possible potential of the “great U.N” to that of the neighboring massive Trump World Tower that sits directly across the street.
“I actually saw great potential right across the street, to be honest with you, and it was only for the reason that the United Nations was here that that turned out to be such a successful project,” he said.
Meanwhile, people on Twitter compared the comment to watching an ad before a Youtube video about a dumpster fire.
