PARIS — Legendary French star Jeanne Moreau has reportedly died at the age of 89. According to French President Emmanuel Macron, who spoke on her death, no cause of death has formally been announced. Moreau, 89, had worked with some of the world’s most acclaimed directors throughout her 7-decade award winning career.
Her most famous, and our personal favorite, Mata Hari, is perhaps one of her most iconic roles and is pictured above. Moreau was notably politically active and often cared about several social issues throughout her career.
