Indian Airline creates first for ladies flying alone

In response to the growing and often terrifying rape culture in India, Vistara Airlines has found themselves in the eyes of millions after  a good  deed of news was announced.  According to the airline, a new program (“Woman Flyer”) has been created for single women or otherwise women traveling alone.

The airline says that this program is meant to curb assaults and rapes while in the air, also, apparently a problem in the male dominated culture. In other news, an Indian judge recently ruled that now infamous 10-year-old rape victim must have the baby by her rapist.  She was denied  authorisation for an abortion on Monday.

Indian authorities did not comment on the story.
