That is if her sentence is altered in anyway. In case you missed it this week, former Dance Mom’s coach and star Abby Lee Miller is in jail for one year and a day. Her sentence, er, handed down by a federal judge in Pittsburgh.
Miller was accused of harboring over $700,000 in secret income(s) that she failed to report to authorities. Furthermore, she had been accused of taking in Australian currency into the United States without ever having actually reported to authorities.
She has been ordered to pay $40,000 in fines and will spend two years on probation following her release.
